Refund Policy

This page explains the refund policies that apply to the different educational packages offered at Photoshop Easy.

When a customer enrolls in the Photoshop Easy for the first time, the initial payment of the course is covered by a 7-day refund policy if the customer pays with a card or through PayPal.

The refund policy does not cover any installament payments.

Accessing more than 25% of the course pages, course text or videos invalidates the money back guarantee.

The refund period always starts from the date and time of purchase.

EU customers accept that if they use the service by either signing into their account or in any other way accessing purchased material they lose their right to the default EU regulated cool-off period for digital services and instead refund periods specified above by Ivan on Tech apply.

If the customer violates our terms and conditions by reselling or publicly sharing our content and intellectual property – we have the right to terminate the account of that user without refunding anything.
